If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [ infoquestforcharacter@gmail.com ] with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. As this is a physical book, we do not accept returns for change of mind. International orders: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
